The municipal executive office has the central management resources and administrative support for the municipality's areas of operation, such as finance, investigation, HR, and communication. Täby Municipality coordinates and drives overall development and is responsible for strategies, guidelines, and tools.

Your Responsibilities

As an HR Partner at Täby Municipality, you will work consultatively and independently with various types of HR issues. You will be a close support to the managers, both in individual cases and in more overarching matters. The role includes handling individual cases, rehabilitation and workplace environment issues, as well as participating in organizational changes and union negotiations. You will also support managers with recruitment and salary reviews, provide advice on labor law and collective agreements, and perform some administration.

You will work independently and be responsible for driving your own work forward, while also being part of an engaged HR team that supports each other and covers for each other when needed. The role is primarily operational but also provides an opportunity to contribute to the development of working methods and processes. The HR unit also includes two HR strategists and a negotiation manager who work as management support and with overarching issues.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently and consultatively with HR issues and who is confident in their HR role. You have an easy time creating and maintaining good relationships, are communicative, and have a professional approach. The role suits you if you are structured, solution-oriented, and have integrity in the role of employer representative.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• relevant higher education in HR, personnel science, or equivalent
• at least 3 years of experience in operational HR work, preferably in a larger organization with collective agreements
• good knowledge of labor law and experience with union contacts
• very good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• good system skills and the ability to work in digital HR systems
