Experienced HR Project Manager Needed

We are looking for an experienced HR project manager on behalf of our client to ensure the organization's compliance with the EU directive on pay transparency, which comes into effect in June 2026.

About the Assignment

As a project manager, you will have overall responsibility for interpreting the legislation and translating it into practical solutions. The project includes the development of new processes, system support, and data analyses that enable full compliance with the directive. You will lead a cross-functional team with expertise in Compensation & Benefits, system development, data analysis, and recruitment. Together, you will ensure that a sustainable and comprehensive solution is implemented in the organization and that the project is executed in line with both legal requirements and business goals.

About You

  • Relevant academic education in HR, business administration, or similar
  • At least 5 years of project management experience
  • Experience in driving complex HR projects in large organizations, preferably in Compensation & Benefits, HR Tech, or Compliance
  • Good understanding of labor law issues
  • Ability to translate legal directives into practical and technical solutions in collaboration with specialists
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus, but not required

Your Personal Qualities

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experienced in managing various stakeholders in a complex organization
  • Independent, solution-oriented, and confident in working with change management

We Offer

This is a part-time consulting assignment (50%) through Adecco, starting immediately or by agreement, and is expected to last until June 30, 2026. You will work on behalf of our client, a global industrial corporation in technology and transport, characterized by a strong culture of innovation.
