About the assignment

Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We currently have an agreement with Nacka municipality to support them with engaged substitutes for their municipal elementary schools.

Your tasks

As a substitute teacher, you will work on a rotating basis at various elementary schools around Nacka. You will replace the school's regular staff primarily in urgent situations and will be booked at short notice. The duration of the substitute assignments varies from a few days to longer periods. You choose which days of the week you want to work, and we match you with assignments that fit your availability and qualifications. You are responsible for and lead the teaching in accordance with the planning provided by the regular teacher.

Your qualifications

• Available for work at least 2 weekdays per week
• Can be booked for assignments on the same morning
• Comfortable with a commute of up to an hour to work
• Have completed secondary education with passing grades in all subjects
• Have good computer skills to conduct teaching with computers, e.g., show films on YouTube/SVT Play, use tablets/Chromebooks, and use MS PowerPoint
• Have good computer skills to report what has happened during the day, e.g., be able to use MS Word and MS Excel
• Have previous experience of managing larger groups of young people. Experience can be gained as a leader in leisure activities, summer camps, or working in middle school activities or similar
