About the assignment We are looking for a curious and service-oriented IT supporter who wants to take responsibility for everything from computer orders to ticket management and contact with external consultants. 

You will be part of an experienced team working with IT outsourcing, where you will act as the spider in the web between users, hardware, and technical consultants. Onboarding will take place together with the team and management leaders.

Job responsibilities

-Ordering and managing hardware.

-Setting up and administering user accounts (AD, O365).

-Configuring computers, mobiles, and tablets (Intune/Jamf).

-Ticket management in the ticket management system (LIME).

-Walk-in support on-site.

Requirements

-Experience in Microsoft environments: AD and O365.

-Knowledge of Apple devices and JAMF.

-Ability to work systematically and follow up on issues while maintaining documentation.

Practical information

-Scope: About 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday (08:00–12:00 or 09:00–13:00)

-Duration: Approximately 6 months (possibility of extension)

-Location: Helsingborg

-Start: As soon as possible
