• Provide technical support to users within IT, systems, and applications
• Troubleshoot and solve technical problems on both hardware and software
• Document cases in the support system
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth solutions

We are looking for someone who is curious, meticulous, and has a genuine interest in technology and customer service. You thrive in an environment where you get to take responsibility, work independently, and at the same time contribute to the team's common goals.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• At least 1 year of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk
• Good understanding of Windows, Office365, and networking
• Experience working with Active Directory, Azure, and a ticketing system
• A service-oriented, solution-focused, and stress-resistant personality
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
