About the assignment
In the role of Support Technician, you will provide user support and service regarding technical issues, troubleshooting, and account management. You are an important part of ensuring a smooth IT environment for the business.

Your main responsibilities
You will primarily work via telephone and ticketing systems, continuously receiving and handling incoming cases 📞💻 Common cases include:

Troubleshooting network equipment
Account management
Handling simple technical issues
Support related to hardware and system solutions

Requirements

Experience working in a service desk or similar support role
Good experience with troubleshooting in IT environments
Experience with network-related troubleshooting
Knowledge of account management and user administration
Experience working with ticketing systems
Good communication skills and a service mindset
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Merits
