To ensure our client's IT environment runs smoothly and supports the business in the best way, we are looking for a senior IT technician with broad expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for everything from basic user support to more advanced tasks, such as configuration and administration of systems and platforms (e.g., Intune and Entra), functioning effectively.

An important part is also to act as a qualified purchaser towards external IT suppliers. With your expertise, you ensure that requirements, orders, and collaborations maintain high quality so that the client receives the right solutions and clearly formulated needs.

This role is broad and encompasses the entire spectrum of IT: support, operations, administration, training, and development of the client's IT environment. You will participate in the procurement of new systems, optimize existing solutions, and contribute to the work with agreements and supplier dialogues.

The role offers great freedom and the opportunity to influence how the client's IT environment develops. As a senior IT technician, you will be a key person both in daily operations and in the strategic development of IT.

• Provide qualified IT support to internal users via the ticketing system and phone
• Manage and troubleshoot in M365, D365, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, and Intune
• Work with client management, networks, and peripherals
• Support during issues in conference rooms and production environments
• Manage IT related to PDI processes where vehicles are programmed and customized
• Ensure that the IT environment operates stably and is proactively improved
• Act as a purchaser towards external suppliers and drive dialogues
• Participate in the procurement of new systems and the development and optimization of existing solutions
• Work with documentation, structure, and improvement of IT processes

• Have several years of experience in IT support and/or operations in a broad role
• Have good knowledge of M365, Active Directory, and Azure/Entra
• Have experience in client management and preferably Intune
• Are used to working in ticketing systems
• Have good knowledge of both Swedish and English as both languages are used in internal and external contact areas
• Have a B driver's license and access to a car

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from the client and our side is that after x months you will be directly employed by the client.
