Your Responsibilities
As a 1st Line Technician, you are our face to the outside world and the first point of contact for our clients needing technical support. You will handle incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and guide customers through solutions. Furthermore, you will document and categorize cases for further analysis and follow-up, as well as escalate complex issues to 2nd and 3rd line when necessary.

In addition, you will monitor systems and networks to proactively detect and address issues, maintain and update customer user data, provide support during the installation and configuration of software and hardware, and educate and inform customers about the use of various systems and tools.

Your Profile
Our consultants are driven by being responsible, solution-oriented, and customer-focused. They are also strongly interested in the various needs of the customer, both now and in the future, and continuously developing their skills and knowledge to provide the best possible service to our clients.

In addition to the above, you also bring knowledge in one of the following areas:

• At least 6 months of experience in a service desk
• Windows, macOS, or Linux
• ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira
• TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Remote Desktop
• AD management
• M365 and basic networking technology
