Job Description

As a Key Account Manager at Starsprings, you will play a central role within our Automotive business area, where we collaborate with some of the world's largest truck manufacturers. This role is suitable for you who have a background in sales or customer responsibility and wish to take the next step – here you will have the opportunity to develop in complex deals, lead customer dialogues, and grow alongside experienced colleagues.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Being the primary contact for some of our largest OEM customers, such as PACCAR, Daimler, and Traton.
  • Leading commercial negotiations – from initial contact to nomination.
  • Managing tender work in project form by coordinating internal functions such as engineering, quality, logistics, and finance.
  • Following up and presenting the status of deals and deliveries, both internally and to customers.
  • Handling customer inquiries with precision and structure.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the long-term development of our customer relationships.

This is a role where you will work both in project form and maintenance (product care). The deals often span several years and require both perseverance and a keen sense of touch. This role is suitable for you who enjoy taking responsibility, building relationships, and being the hub between customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is communicative and confident in leading customer dialogues and negotiations. This is a role for you who want to take the next step in your career – you have a background in customer or sales work and want to further develop in more complex Account Management. With support from experienced colleagues, you will have the opportunity to grow into the role and gradually take on more responsibility.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to:

  • Have experience in Account Management or project management, preferably from B2B.
  • Have an education in Business, Economics, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Want to understand technical and commercial processes and how to build long-term business relationships.
  • Be comfortable with systems.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, and preferably German.
  • Have a driver's license and be comfortable traveling internationally for work.

In short – we are looking for someone who combines business acumen, technical interest, and commitment and who wants an important role in our customer projects.
