Responsibilities and Competence Requirements

As an Operational Controller, you will be responsible for financial work focusing on accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations. You will interpret and analyze financial data, manage discrepancies, and contribute to decision-making. The role is broad – from operational work to strategic analysis – and involves close collaboration with company management and the group's finance function.

You will, among other things:

• Be responsible for accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Participate in budget work and contribute with analyses such as contribution margin and cost follow-up
• Develop processes for invoicing and digitization
• Update price agreements in the invoicing system
• Support the business in financial matters
• Have contact with customers and suppliers, both nationally and internationally
• Participate in monthly/quarterly reports, annual accounts, and business plans

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent work experience
• At least five years of experience in financial work
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and Swedish as well as English in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have experience with business systems such as Hogia or UBW Unit4, CRM Dynamics, or work in a corporate group.
