Mission and Competence Requirements

As an Operational Controller, you will be responsible for financial work focusing on accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations. You will interpret and analyze financial data, manage discrepancies, and contribute to decision-making support. The role is broad – from operational work to strategic analyses – and involves close collaboration with company management and the group's finance function.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Participating in budget work and contributing with analyses such as contribution margins and cost follow-up
• Developing processes for invoicing and digitization
• Updating price agreements in the invoicing system
• Supporting the business in financial matters
• Communicating with customers and suppliers, both nationally and internationally
• Participating in monthly/quarterly reports, annual accounts, and business plans

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent work experience
• At least five years of experience in financial work
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and Swedish and English in speech and writing

It is advantageous if you have experience with business systems such as Hogia or UBW Unit4, CRM Dynamics, or work in a corporate group.
