About the Role

We at Lövhagen need to expand our pedagogical team with two additional preschool assistants during the spring term. One position extends until summer and the other until the end of March with a possibility of extension.

We are looking for someone who wants to join us in continuing to make our preschool even better! At our preschool, we have high ambitions for our children's learning and development, and our work is characterized by a strong commitment. It is important for us that you, who want to work as a preschool assistant at Pysslingen Preschools, feel curious about your role. A day at the preschool is filled with meaningful encounters between children and educators, and each meeting is part of the child's safety, development, and learning. We want to take advantage of this to make the preschool safe, educational, and enjoyable for everyone.

As a preschool assistant with us, we want you to see how different children learn in different ways and have the ability to help children learn in all everyday situations and challenge them through play and imagination where they are.

You should have a commitment to your role with a clear and active focus on the children. You also need to have a good ability to create relationships with both children and guardians.

Requirements

• Have a preschool assistant diploma from high school or adult education or another education deemed equivalent by the employer
• Alternatively, documented experience from working in a preschool
• Be familiar with and confident in the preschool's governing documents
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language

Employment Type

Both positions are fixed-term contracts during the spring term of 2026 - one extends from January 7 to March 31 with a possibility of extension - the other from February 1 to June 26.

Scope: 75 - 100%
Start: January 7 and February 1
The position is located in Stenhamra, Ekerö
