Ziklo Bank is now looking for customer service advisors who will provide service through both phone and digital channels to their customers. You will have the opportunity to assist their customers with everything from invoice inquiries, car financing, and credits to guidance in the app and digital wallets. Ziklo Bank has the mission of zero friction, which means they aim to make their customer journeys as simple as possible with minimal friction. 

You are passionate about service in all its forms, and it is a great plus if you have experience in customer service and support in both phone, written, and digital channels. You have a genuine customer focus and are passionately curious about exceeding customer expectations. You are structured, reliable, and take great responsibility for what you promise. We also believe that you see collaboration as the natural path to success; you are unpretentious and understand the importance of leading by example. The position involves many contacts, so good collaboration and communication skills are essential. 

As a customer service advisor, you will be a consultant through us at Randstad, which means you are employed by us and work at Ziklo Bank. Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, answer questions, and provide necessary information.
• Effectively and professionally resolve customer issues while providing excellent customer service. 
• Upselling by identifying and offering additional products or services that may be valuable to the customer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, preferably with a focus on economics. 
• Ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish and good English. 
• Experience in a service role, working with the phone as a tool is highly meritorious. Positive attitude and being engaged and driven in your work. 
• Value-driven and believe in the importance of a strong corporate culture.
