Description

The Staffing and Recruitment Unit Centrum/Hisingen is part of the HR department and is one of three units working with staffing and recruitment within the Administration for Support to Persons with Disabilities.

We ensure that the right people are in place in our operations – both during short-term absences and in connection with the recruitment of temporary and permanent positions.

As an administrator, you will be an important part of a team where you work closely with an HR specialist to support the operations in the area. We are a close-knit group that enjoys working together, supporting each other, and having fun at work. We are now looking for a new colleague who wants to contribute to our shared mission!

Responsibilities

In the role of administrator, you will be responsible for planning the deployment of hourly-paid staff when regular employees are absent. You will work closely with other administrators and collaborate closely with the HR specialist you are part of the team with.

Your tasks will include:

  • Planning the deployment of hourly-paid staff through the booking system Time Care Pool
  • Managing administrative tasks related to employment, such as salary, overtime, and absence in Personec
  • Answering questions from the operations and hourly-paid staff via email and phone – regarding bookings, employment, salary, and other staffing-related matters

Working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday, between 07:00–15:30 or 08:00–16:30, according to a schedule planned collectively within the team. We also apply flexible working hours.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is change-oriented, service-minded, and meticulous. You have an easy time managing multiple tasks simultaneously, thrive in a dynamic environment, and adapt quickly to changes. Your commitment to providing the best possible service is crucial, as you will be an important point of contact for both internal and external parties.

For the position, it is required that you:

  • have experience working in a staffing unit
  • have good knowledge of the systems Time Care Pool and Personec
  • have good knowledge of the operations we support (daily activities, housing support, and housing with special services)

It is an advantage if you also have an education in administration, experience from other types of service professions, and are used to working with phone and email as your primary tools.

If you recognize yourself in this and want to be part of an engaged and forward-looking team, we look forward to your application!

Other

Selection and interviews will begin during the application period.

In this recruitment, you will be asked to answer a number of questions where you describe your knowledge in the area instead of sending a personal letter.

The City of Gothenburg actively works to promote equal rights and opportunities and to counteract discrimination.

As an employee in the Administration for Support to Persons with Disabilities, we offer you:

  • Secure employment with good employment conditions
  • Full-time with the possibility of part-time
  • Introduction upon hiring
  • Professional development
  • Wellness grants, bicycle grants, and other discounts and offers

We only accept applications via our recruitment system in accordance with GDPR.

If you have protected personal data, you should NOT apply via the system but contact the responsible recruiting manager for handling your application.

Appointment is subject to the condition that the position does not need to be claimed in the administration or the city's restructuring work.

To those representing staffing and recruitment companies: For this recruitment, we have chosen recruitment channels and do not wish to receive offers of competence mediation, advertising, or recruitment assistance.
