Are you a down-to-earth finance assistant who thrives in a friendly and supportive culture? We are currently looking for a finance assistant for our client in Täby.

The assignment is a consulting role starting in early January with great opportunities for permanent employment with the client. 

About the role

Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Reconciliations and follow-ups on payments

• Support to the sales team in financial matters

• Administrative tasks that arise in a finance department

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience as a finance assistant, preferably in a smaller business and in an international environment.

You thrive in a dynamic environment where there are occasional abrupt changes but still adhere strictly to deadlines. You prefer working in the office even though there is some possibility for remote work. You are:

• Detail-oriented, quick, and efficient

• Familiar with systems but experienced with ERP systems

• Comfortable with English in both written and spoken form

• Social, down-to-earth, and helpful
