If you are motivated by providing excellent service, have previous experience in customer service, and speak and write fluently in Dutch & Swedish, there is now an opportunity for you to take on the role of agent in BookBeat's support team. This is a perfect part-time job for students as you can work from home with a flexible schedule. We welcome your application!
ABOUT THE POSITION
Currently, BookBeat's support team consists of a mix of German, Swedish, Polish, Dutch, Danish, and Finnish speaking support agents who work together to provide the best possible service to BookBeat users. The need is long-term, and shifts are primarily scheduled during daytime on weekdays, but weekends/public holidays may also be relevant. The role is flexible as you can work from anywhere and is therefore not tied to an office.
As a customer support agent, you will primarily respond to questions from Swedish customers in BookBeat's web-based support system. This may include questions about how the service works, technical issues, account settings, sales inquiries, etc. You will have ready-made email templates for the most common questions to assist you in your responses to customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to incoming inquiries regarding content, account settings, and sales from the company's customers via email.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is a student and has at least one year left of your studies
- Has previous experience in customer service and administrative work
- Has excellent knowledge of Dutch and Swedish, both spoken and written
It is also highly meritorious:
- If you speak and write fluently in Finnish, German, Norwegian, or Danish

As a person, you are interested in literature and skilled at expressing yourself in writing. You are curious about how things work and have a good sense of customer service and customer interaction. Since the work is independent, it also requires good problem-solving skills, being communicative, and having the courage to take your own initiatives.
