AB OmsorgsCompagniet in the Nordic region has been established since 2003 and is a recognized provider of care services. We offer personal assistance, respite care, escort services, housing support, and LSS housing in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Örebro, and Trollhättan.

We are currently looking for an engaged escort for a 16-year-old girl. As an escort and respite caregiver, you will play an important role by being present and supporting her in her daily life. You will engage in various activities with her, such as going to the movies, visiting a café, and spending time with her at home, baking, and crafting.

The position involves approximately 20-30 hours per month, and the occasions are planned and carried out in agreement with the guardians. Weekends or weekday evenings. We expect that you have experience working with children with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in various activities with the client.
• Provide care and supervision at home or in the local area.
• Facilitate respite for relatives and allow them the opportunity for their own activities or rest.

Qualifications:

• Interest in working with people and creating meaningful experiences.
• Responsibility, empathy, and good communication skills with children.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to the child's needs and routines.
• Positive attitude and ability to create a safe and loving environment.
• Personal suitability and ability to collaborate with both the child and relatives.
