Blombackaskolan is a two-parallel F–9 school with about 500 students and 70 employees. The school is located by Torekällberget with close public transport links, centrally in Södertälje, with a fantastic nature-oriented schoolyard. We work in a pleasant, experienced staff where there is a pronounced well-being in both student and staff groups. Your responsibilities

As a social pedagogue at Blombackaskolan, you are part of the student health team and work both health-promoting, preventive, and remedial. Your mission is based on the school's values work where you systematically work against discrimination and bullying and contribute to students' safety, study peace, and learning throughout the school day. Your daily mission is to collaborate with educators in subject teams and work teams 4-6 to help our students succeed. You are responsible for managing and resolving conflicts and contacting guardians and working preventively, as well as supporting mentors in values work and following up on absenteeism. You are part of the safety team and work for an F-9 perspective in student health. You are responsible for the after-school activities for grades 4-6 in the afternoons.

You are genuinely interested in students' development in teaching and in the social context during break activities. You see yourself as an obvious part of creating good conditions for students' development and you have a good ability to consider each student's individual needs. You are professional and secure in your professional role and you collaborate well with other colleagues. You have the ability to listen and communicate with others in a clear and solution-focused way with the goal of achieving results.

- You easily create good relationships and collaborate with students, guardians, colleagues, the school's student health team, and school management.
- You work for a sustainable organization where you spread knowledge, take responsibility, and support your colleagues.
- You have a good ability for analysis and reflection and constantly develop your professional role and the school's work.
- You work to keep the values work alive every school day.
- You have a good ability to follow and assess the student's knowledge development in collaboration with the student in a varied way.

Requirements:
- You have a degree with qualification as a social pedagogue F-6
- You are well acquainted with the school's values work as described in chapter 1, Lgr22 and have a student-centered approach.
- You are a clear leader with the ability to adapt your leadership to the student group you meet.
- You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish as well as to communicate with students, guardians, and colleagues in a way that takes responsibility for the message and ensures that the recipient understands what you mean.
- You have experience with DF response and follow-up of absenteeism in Vklass.

Meritorious:
- You have experience and skill in using digital tools.

A parental substitute for 1 year with the possibility of extension at Blombackaskolan as a social pedagogue for grades 4-6 and responsibility for after-school activities for grades 4-6.
