We are looking for a personal assistant for one of Pater Assistans clients living in Härryda, just outside Gothenburg. The position is part-time at 50% and is scheduled from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Wednesdays and Fridays, as well as Saturdays, with the possibility to increase or decrease hours. You will work in a small team alongside another assistant, all of whom provide essential support to create a pleasant living environment.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and has a positive personality. You need to have a driver's license and your own car, as public transportation is limited for the client. Therefore, you will need to drive your own car to this job. It would be preferable if you live close to Härryda, as this would make it easier for you. You must drive your own car to the workplace.

The position is available immediately, but we would like you to shadow another personal assistant for a shift before starting.

We primarily seek someone with previous experience in similar work, but personal suitability is the most important factor. You should be positive, attentive, and organized. The role of a personal assistant requires initiative and the ability to work independently, as well as a willingness to perform the usual tasks associated with the profession.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language is essential. The client uses a wheelchair.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, first with the operations manager via a digital video meeting. Then you will meet the client and group leader for an interview.
