As a Digital Content & SEO Manager, you will be responsible for setting the direction of our web content, leading SEO efforts, and creating an inspiring and relevant digital customer experience across all markets. With leadership, analytical skills, and creative vision, you will develop our digital expression and drive the work forward together with the team, Digital Marketing, CRM, Category Management, Product Management, and Own Brand. The role reports to the Digital Commerce Manager and includes personnel responsibility for SEO specialists in each market.

You will develop and drive our overall content and SEO strategy, establish operational priorities, and act as a key person in PIM-related matters in close collaboration with IT. You will own processes, tools, and platforms such as Semrush, Google Search Console, and the development work in PIM and DAM. The work encompasses the entire SEO area – on-page, off-page, and technical SEO – where you lead the strategy for all markets and have operational responsibility for Sweden. This includes keyword optimization, categorization, redirects, synonym management, and continuous analysis of traffic, ranking, and search behaviors that translate into concrete improvements for a scalable and converting digital expression.

On the content side, you will develop and implement the strategy for product content and categorization, ensure the best product presentation online and in stores, and further develop inspiration pages, micro content, and innovative and interactive formats. You will also be responsible for a unified strategy for product images that strengthen sales and branding. Through a data-driven approach, you will provide insights, recommendations, and decision support to management and other key stakeholders and drive the development of our digital customer experience across multiple channels and markets.

What’s in your CV?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in SEO, content development, and digital sales, preferably from a larger retail organization with many stakeholders. You are accustomed to working data-driven and have a good understanding of how SEO, content, UX, and conversion interact in the digital customer journey. Furthermore, you are confident in your leadership and have experience in leading and developing specialists, creating effective workflows, and driving strategies that work both centrally and in various markets. You are comfortable with tools such as Semrush, Google Search Console, and PIM/DAM. You have worked with product information, category structures, and conversion-optimized content, and are used to collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, IT, online development, and assortment organization. You communicate clearly, thrive in a demanding role, and are used to presenting insights and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.

Good to know

The position is permanent full-time with an initial 6-month probationary period, and located at Jula's headquarters in Skara with the possibility to work from another location. Jula has a collective agreement with Unionen. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline of December 14.
