About the school

Turebergsskolan is a school located centrally near Sollentuna center. Currently, about 250 students attend the school in grades F-9. We are the small school with big opportunities! The staff at the school is characterized by great commitment and competence. Turebergsskolan is a multicultural school with good academic results. There is a very positive spirit and a strong culture of sharing at the school. The school is led by a principal and assistant principals.

Turebergsskolan has a well-functioning values-based work and is actively working to create an accessible school for every student who attends here. The school has a well-developed student health program, and the processes are also supported by lead teachers and special education staff.

Job Responsibilities

Turebergsskolan in Sollentuna municipality is now seeking a class teacher for grade 5 with broad qualifications in theoretical subjects. The position is a maternity leave substitute from February to December 2026. You will teach all theoretical subjects in the grade. The class currently consists of about 15 students, and your work includes mentorship. Our classes are small, and we are single-parallel.

Qualifications

You are a qualified teacher authorized to teach in grade 5. You have good knowledge of meeting children's diverse needs, possess good organizational skills, and are familiar with digital teaching materials/accommodative tools. You work with a positive attitude and have the ability to create a good working climate among both students and colleagues. Experience working in a multicultural environment is an advantage.

You are a clear leader and have structure and good pedagogical skills in teaching. You can adapt teaching based on each student's unique conditions.
