We are looking for an experienced Web Editor who will also take on the role of Product Owner (PO) for a web communication team at a larger public organization. You will work on developing and improving the digital customer experience on the organization's website and contribute to clear, accessible, and target audience-adapted content.

The role includes both operational editorial work and responsibility for leading the team's planning, prioritization, and follow-up.

• Work with content, structure, and customer journey on the website

• Ensure that the content is easy to find and meets digital accessibility requirements

• Support the editorial team in handling incoming inquiries

• Act as Product Owner for the web communication team: coordinate, lead, plan, and follow up

• Independently drive development initiatives and management assignments

• Collaborate closely with other roles within communication, UX, and operations

• Location: Stockholm, partially remote

• Presence: At least 3 days/week on-site

• Scope: 100 %

• Period: January 1 – April 30, 2026

• Option for extension: Until June 2027

• Language: Swedish 

• Experience working in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

• Familiarity with handling editorial inquiries in a support function

• Experience in accessibility adaptation of web pages and documents (PDF)

• Ability to independently drive development initiatives and management assignments

• Experience in leading, coordinating, or project managing teams

• Ability to work on-site at least 3 days/week

• Swedish citizenship

• CV in Swedish in Word format

• Experience working in the public sector

• Experience in organizations working according to SAFe

• Background check (level 2) may be conducted
