At the foot of Fjällbo meadows in the picturesque Utby, Föräldrakooperativet Fjällstugan runs preschool activities for children aged 1 to 5 years. We currently have 17 children and 4 educators at the preschool, and with the parental involvement we have, we maintain a high staffing level. The children have access to a preschool where everyone, both educators and parents, is very engaged in the children's daily lives.

We are members of Friluftsfrämjandet and work according to their concept Skogsmulle in preschool. The feeling for nature is established by being outdoors, in all weather and all seasons. With curiosity, movement, and community, our Mulle-trained educators let exciting adventures grow together with the children in nature. The pedagogy is based on outdoor life, outdoor education, and experience-based learning, following the goals of the curriculum.

About the position:

We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time by agreement until June 2026, with the possibility of extension to full-time. Together with preschool teachers and childcare workers, you will carry out the educational work according to the curriculum and perform other tasks common in preschool.
