Healthcare and Care in Norrtälje (KSON) is a unique collaboration between Norrtälje Municipality and Region Stockholm. The mission is to meet the health and care needs of the residents. KSON thus has unique conditions to seamlessly meet the residents' needs for effective comprehensive solutions and is governed by a board with elected representatives from Region Stockholm and Norrtälje Municipality.

The Assignment

As a strategic quality developer, you will be a key person in the work of developing and following up on care and service offerings. You will work from a holistic perspective on KSON's overall mission and contribute to creating innovative solutions together with our suppliers. The role means that you will work both strategically and operationally – focusing on quality, results, and long-term development.

• Design, manage, and follow up contracts with care and service providers.
• Drive quality development and ensure that operations deliver high-quality services.
• Create and maintain good relationships with contractual partners and collaborators.
• Conduct environmental monitoring and contribute with innovative solutions.
• Prepare decision-making materials for the board and participate in business planning.
• Follow up on operations from both qualitative and economic perspectives.

Challenges and Opportunities

Societal challenges with ill health, changing demographics, and economic frameworks require wise prioritizations and long-term thinking. This creates a need for a joint approach to seek and implement solutions with other stakeholders to develop an operation that meets the residents' needs. A changing environment also drives the need for flexible adaptation to changing requirements and conditions. Openness to re-evaluate in order to implement necessary changes is our strength.

What You Need to Bring

Requirements

• Relevant academic education.
• Experience from leading work in care or service operations.
• Experience working in a politically governed organization.
• Goal- and result-oriented, responsible, and has a high degree of self-leadership.
• Good collaboration skills and relationship competence.
• Used to working strategically and long-term, as well as managing complex issues.
• Easy to express yourself in speech and writing.

Meritorious

• Experience with procurement issues and contract follow-up.
• Ability to drive development work in collaboration with multiple actors.
