About the position

At Perido, we are now looking for an HR Project Manager for our client in the automotive industry. This is an opportunity for you who want to contribute to a more transparent and fair way of working and who thrives in a role where you combine strategic thinking, coordination, and practical implementation. The position is located at the client's office in Södertälje, where there is an option to work remotely part-time.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will drive and coordinate a project aimed at interpreting legislation and translating it into concrete processes, actions, system solutions, and data analyses that ensure the organization meets the directive's requirements. As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading a group of experts in areas such as compensation and benefits, system development, and data analysis, and together create a comprehensive solution that integrates into the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of project management experience and experience leading HR-related projects
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits as well as an understanding of the pay transparency law
• Experience working in and leading projects within larger organizations
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Previous experience implementing the pay transparency directive

Scope and start date

Part-time 50%, consulting assignment until 2026-06-30. Immediate start.
