Connecto has been working with individual and organizational development since its inception in 2015, with several agreements in skills supply. We use a structured approach and have close collaboration among our employees, who operate from several offices across Sweden. We make a difference by helping people find the right job and matching the right talents to our clients.

Your role as a Job Coach

In this role, you will be a key person in matching the right talents with the right workplaces. You will work both to support individuals and to build networks with companies. Your main responsibilities include:

• Coaching and guiding: Mapping participants' needs, strengths, and goals. You will plan and conduct individual support conversations and activities to help them get closer to the job market.
• Building employer contacts: Actively seek out new, exciting companies and nurture existing relationships to find new job opportunities.
• Creating matches: Identifying and presenting qualified candidates to employers, with the goal of creating successful hires.
• Following up: Continuously monitor participants' development and adjust support according to their progress.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a great interest in people and who is motivated to provide first-class service. You are self-driven, meticulous, and creative, with the ability to create good connections. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, both independently and in a team.

You are solution-focused with a coaching approach and driven by seeing concrete results. Inspiring others and valuing differences is natural for you. Experience in coaching and/or recruitment is a significant plus.

Qualifications and skills requirements

To succeed in the role of job coach with us, you need to meet one of the following qualification requirements:

Option 1:

At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with passing results.

At least three years of full-time experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Leadership with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Career and educational guidance
• Handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration)
• Work with labor and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance

Option 2:

At least 180 higher education credits (or equivalent from a vocational college).

At least two years of full-time experience working with coaching or similar tasks in areas such as staffing and recruitment.

In addition, we expect you to have:

• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Very good skills in using computer-based programs (Word, PowerPoint, email, internet).
• Good knowledge of English.
