The job involves working in a hybrid environment with Exchange on-premises and Exchange Online, including migrations, management, troubleshooting, and handling security services within M365. You will also work with monitoring and reviewing customer correspondence via Microsoft Purview and collaboration tools.

A significant part of the role involves managing time-critical situations, communicating clearly with the business, and maintaining a high level of service.

Technical Competence

Experience with Exchange Online Protection (EOP) – including Anti-Spam, Threat Response

Experience with Microsoft Purview – focus on reviewing correspondence and oversight

Experience in a hybrid environment (Exchange on-prem + Exchange Online)

Experience with migration from on-prem to Exchange Online

Experience with license management in Microsoft environments

Experience with the entire M365 suite from both admin and user perspectives
