Credit Administrator Wanted in Stockholm

The Finance Family is seeking a credit administrator on behalf of our client in Stockholm. This position will be a direct recruitment for our client, a financial company.

About the Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will work with the daily administrative tasks within the credit group, including:

• Assisting with loan documentation and disbursements.
• Supporting ongoing reporting.
• Registering credits in the credit system.
• Writing agendas and minutes for meetings in the credit committee.
• Managing collateral for credits (including retrieving mortgage deeds for the company's submission number and corporate mortgages via the Companies Registration Office. You will also handle new mortgage deeds and applications for land registration and communicate with the Land Survey Authority as needed).
• Vaulting credit files.
• Ongoing monitoring and oversight of disbursed credits (e.g., late payers, over-indebtedness, overdrafts).
• Assisting in creating procedural descriptions.
• Other ongoing credit administration tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for someone who wants to work broadly with administration related to the credit process. We expect you to have at least 2 years of experience from credit market companies or banks, as well as experience working with loans, mortgage deeds, and collateral. You have an understanding of the flows related to the credit process and are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
