The Property Department manages the municipality's properties. We rent out housing and premises, both to the municipality and to others. We also run contracting operations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of rental/contract manager, you will:

  • Manage rental agreements and terminations.
  • Communicate with tenants, housing companies, and contractors.
  • Be responsible for rental negotiations.
  • Ensure that the work complies with laws and agreements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Your personal qualities are of great importance when we assess your suitability for the position. To function well in this role, you need to have a sense of order and structure. You also need to be engaged and responsible, as well as able to work with multiple processes simultaneously. It is very important that you have a natural sense of good service and are skilled in communicating both in writing and verbally. We also want you to share your colleagues' motivation for development and team spirit.

You who are applying for the position have:

  • Post-secondary education in property economics, law, or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience working with rental administration or property economics.
  • Good knowledge of rental law and economics.
  • Good system skills and preferably experience with property systems.
  • A structured and service-oriented personality.
