ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for an Integration Project Coordinator for our client, full-time, starting immediately. The assignment is long-term, initially for one year with a good chance of extension as long as all parties are satisfied. We write contracts for six months at a time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

In this role, you will coordinate complex system integrations and act as a bridge between technical experts and business stakeholders. As an Integration Project Coordinator, you will play a central role in managing API documentation to ensure successful integrations between our systems and our clients' platforms. Your main focus is to ensure that all integrations meet customer needs and contribute to smooth operations. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Coordination: Drive and coordinate integration projects by acting as a link between business and technical teams
• Customer focus: Ensure an excellent customer experience through proactive communication and effective management of the integration process
• Project support: Contribute basic project management skills to handle and prioritize multiple coordination tasks simultaneously

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work
• Has a basic understanding of Facility Management systems and/or customer portals
• Can interact with both technical and commercial stakeholders
• Has basic project management skills and is comfortable coordinating parallel projects simultaneously

It is a merit if you:

• Have knowledge of Finnish
• Have experience in sales and/or project coordination
