Guldklimpar Preschools are located in some of Stockholm's most attractive areas: Kungsholmen, Bromma, Kista, Liljeholmen, and Nacka. We are now looking for an additional preschool assistant for our wonderful preschool Guldklimpar Äppelbo in Bromma.

We are looking for someone who is a trained preschool assistant, loves their profession, and wants the opportunity to develop and grow in their professional role while actively participating in the preschool's development work.

• You are curious about differences, solution-focused, have a positive outlook on life, and the ability to make those around you feel comfortable and well.

• You have a co-researching working method and challenge children's learning processes through play and imagination. You have the ability to see opportunities and recognize and highlight children's differences, competencies, and strengths.

• You are interested in developing learning environments based on children's needs for stimulation and are accustomed to conducting educational activities outdoors as well.

• You understand the importance of and have experience with good parent collaboration.
