Are you an experienced and dedicated engineer with a passion for water and wastewater technology? We are currently seeking a project manager who wants to take a key role in leading and developing exciting projects in this important field.

Why choose A-metodik?

At A-metodik, we are a dedicated and close-knit team passionate about creating solutions that make a difference – both for our clients and for society. As a smaller company, we value each employee's contribution and create a work environment characterized by close collaboration, short decision-making paths, and great freedom. We combine breadth and depth in our assignments – from extensive infrastructure projects for the mining and industrial sectors to tailored solutions for municipal operations. With us, you will have the opportunity to work on varied and challenging projects while placing great emphasis on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and delivering solutions of the highest quality together.

What does the role entail?

As a project manager in water and wastewater technology, you will play a key role in driving and developing exciting projects.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Working on projects in water and wastewater technology, from investigations and calculations to design and preparation of documents.
  • Collaborating closely with clients and colleagues to develop sustainable and innovative solutions.
  • The chance to influence and develop the water sector by contributing new ideas and service development.

What we offer you

At A-metodik, we want you to thrive, develop, and feel appreciated. That’s why we have created a workplace that is both stimulating and caring. Here are some of the benefits we offer:

  • Flexibility that fits your life: With us, you have the freedom to plan your working hours and methods – we believe in a healthy balance between work and leisure.
  • Focus on health and well-being: We offer a generous wellness allowance and a “life goal hour” every other week, which you can use for whatever suits you best.
  • Strong community: We create a work environment where collaboration and well-being are at the center. It is natural for us to help each other, share knowledge, and celebrate successes together. Through joint activities and open dialogues, we give everyone the opportunity to influence and shape our workplace.
  • Meaningful work: With us, you will not only work on technically challenging projects but also on solutions that contribute to a sustainable future.
THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A relevant education (Master's degree in engineering, Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent) and/or several years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • An eye for detail, a self-driven work style, and the ability to see the big picture in projects.

Meritorious

  • Knowledge in stormwater issues, such as stormwater investigations, heavy rainfall analyses, recipient assessments, and design of stormwater facilities, but this is not a requirement.

We want to continue leading the development in water and wastewater technology – do you feel that your expertise can make a difference? We look forward to your application!

We interview candidates continuously and will fill the position as soon as we find the right person.

The recruitment process is handled by StudentConsulting. If you have questions about the position, please feel free to contact the responsible recruitment consultant Henna Vaalto at [email protected].
