What will my tasks be?

As a project designer, you will plan, design, and manage multiple fiber projects simultaneously - both new establishments and relocations. You will, among other things, prepare and establish cost estimates for upcoming projects, be responsible for leading and distributing work in the field, and carry out financial follow-ups. You will also work to ensure that projects are executed according to applicable guidelines and that the quality of the delivered services meets both Eltel's set goals and the agreement with the customer. In your role, you will have close contact with colleagues, clients, customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, and we place great importance on good customer relationships.

Examples of tasks:

• Plan and prepare projects.
• Order materials for projects.
• Prepare cost and revenue calculations for projects.
• Prepare work documentation for execution personnel for projects.
• Conduct site visits.
• Follow up and control completed work.
• Represent Eltel and our customers in meetings.
• Be responsible for contact with authorities, customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain and develop existing customer relationships.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Completed high school education with a technical focus or equivalent professional experience
• Fluent spoken Swedish & English
• Driver's license B

As a person, we see that you are good at building relationships and have an easy time collaborating with different types of people and providing high customer service to our clients. You have a flexible approach as you will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have a structure in how you drive your own processes forward. Furthermore, you are results-oriented and do your utmost to achieve set goals.

It is strongly meritorious if you have experience working as a project designer/planner previously. It is also meritorious if you have designed fiber projects before. Education and experience in contract law, including ABT 06, AB 04, and work environment responsibility according to BAS-U and BAS-P, are meritorious.
