Work in Boden - with paid travel and accommodation
As a concrete worker for a leading international construction company, you will have the opportunity to work on a larger project in Boden, where travel and accommodation are included for those living in other locations. In this role, you will work on creating and assembling formwork, reinforcing, and pouring concrete structures according to applicable safety regulations. The work is done in close collaboration with the team leader and other professional groups at the workplace, where safety, quality, and teamwork are the focus. You are expected to be able to read and interpret drawings, reinforcement plans, and instructions for various concrete and formwork solutions.

The assignment is a full-time consulting position with a 6-month fixed-term employment, where you will work 2 shifts for 6 weeks in Boden, followed by 2 weeks of continuous leave.

Accommodation and travel are provided for those not residing in the area.
The planned start is at the beginning of 2026.

About You

We see that you are meticulous, flexible, and responsible with good teamwork skills. You enjoy working in a team and following safety procedures. It is a plus if you have technical competence in formwork and concrete pouring. You should also be proficient in English, both spoken and written, as instructions may be provided in English. You have good physical endurance and are used to handling manual tasks such as assembling and disassembling formwork. If you also have a good adaptability to changing conditions on the construction site, you will fit in excellently here.

Requirements for the Position

At least 3 years of work experience in formwork, concrete, or reinforcement
Experience in creating and assembling forms and reinforcements for concrete structures.
Ability to pour concrete and ensure correct packing according to the right working methods.
Experience in creating and dismantling formwork (vertically and horizontally, standard and traditional).

Meritorious

Vocational training as a concrete worker
Experience in assembling and disassembling specific equipment.
