As a project manager with us, you will play a central role where you lead projects through the entire process – from early stages to finished results. With a holistic perspective, you build long-term customer relationships and create projects characterized by quality, sustainability, and sound business practices.

Your leadership is value-driven and present. You create conditions for safe work environments, an engaged team, and projects that meet our high ambitions for quality and sustainable construction.

In this role, you will work with tendering, have financial responsibility for your projects, and actively contribute to our marketing efforts. You will be part of the district management team and have the opportunity to influence both strategic choices and the continued development of the business.

We are looking for someone who wants to drive projects and together with us develop Luleå and surrounding municipalities. You have the ability to see the big picture in projects and as a person, you are structured, results-oriented, and curious. As a leader, you are empathetic and attentive, enjoy working in cross-functional teams with various stakeholders, and building trust and creating long-term customer relationships. You have a genuine interest in developing projects, and we believe you enjoy and are driven by challenges.

For this role, you need:

• About 10 years of experience in earthworks and construction projects
• Leadership experience
• Network in the industry
• University/college education (or equivalent knowledge through work experience)
• Experience in tender processes, financial management, and quality monitoring
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Driver's license (B)
