We are now looking for a production manager who wants to lead our team, deliver high-quality work, and create successful projects. Key Person in Our Earthworks and Construction Projects

As a production manager at Skanska, you will lead earthworks and construction projects with a focus on sustainability, safety, and profitability. You are responsible for planning, production, and financial management, and ensuring that workplace safety and environmental routines are followed. The role also involves developing effective working methods and ensuring good communication within the project. Leadership is a central part of the role.

To be successful in the role of production manager, you should have a high level of competence in earthworks and construction. You are curious, relationship-building, and solution-focused in your professional role. You have close leadership and stand firm when the wind blows, both in headwinds and tailwinds.

Qualifications:

  • Education in construction and civil engineering, or equivalent knowledge through work experience
  • At least 3 years of experience as a production/site manager for earthworks and construction projects
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
  • Good IT skills and experience working with digital tools in projects
  • AMA / MER construction
  • Driver's license B
  • Meritorious with Concrete class 1 or 2, and if you have worked in collaborative projects
