Instructor for Heavy Equipment Operators!

About the Job

As an instructor with us, you will be an important part of the organization. You will be responsible for training the future heavy equipment operators and creating a learning environment that provides participants with the right skills and conditions to succeed in the labor market. The role involves both practical and theoretical teaching, as well as mentoring students.

Your Responsibilities

• Teach theoretical and practical aspects of machinery and construction
• Support and motivate participants in their development
• Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
• Maintain contact with the industry to ensure that the training matches the needs of the labor market

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is a certified heavy equipment operator and wants to share their knowledge with others. You enjoy meeting people, have patience, and like to see others develop.

What is Important for the Role

• Certification as a heavy equipment operator (BYN/TYA)
• Alternatively, documented experience as a teacher/instructor
• Experience as a heavy equipment operator
• Driver's license (B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It’s a Plus if You Also Have

• Experience in training or mentoring others
• Experience with various types of machinery or areas within construction
• Pedagogical training or experience as a course leader

Employment Type

Permanent employment with an initial six-month probationary period. Start date is according to agreement.
