Modulmontage is looking for a Cost Estimator/Purchaser – do you want to help shape the future of construction projects?

Modulmontage continues to grow and we are now looking for a driven and meticulous Cost Estimator/Purchaser who wants to be part of our team. We operate in the construction industry and work on projects of all sizes – from smaller contracts to complex general contracts. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of projects from the first sketch to final delivery.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare estimates and cost bases for various types of contracts
• Perform quantity calculations and analysis of tender documents
• Conduct purchases of materials and subcontractors
• Negotiate prices and agreements with suppliers, ensuring cost-effective solutions
• Work closely with project management and production to optimize estimates and purchasing strategies
• Contribute to the development of internal routines and processes within estimating and purchasing

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in the construction industry as an estimator, purchaser, or similar role
• Has a good understanding of contract forms and construction processes
• Enjoys working analytically and in a structured manner
• Has a business-oriented approach and good negotiation skills
• Is communicative and values collaboration with both internal and external parties
• Has good knowledge of relevant systems and Excel
