In your role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily financial functions within the company. The position involves a wide range of tasks that are crucial for the company's financial flow and ensures accurate accounting and financial reporting.

Your tasks:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Handle bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Support during month-end and year-end closings
• Be responsible for invoicing and payment reminders
• Administer financial documents and reports
• Contribute to improving and developing financial processes

Who are we looking for? You have a relevant education and experience working with accounts payable and/or receivable and are familiar with handling accounting systems, preferably IFS or similar. With a meticulous and structured approach, you tackle administrative tasks and have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You thrive on taking responsibility, working independently, and have a genuine interest in numbers and analysis. You are solution-oriented and enjoy streamlining and improving processes.
