We are looking for a driven individual with a passion for technology and sales ambition to join a rapidly growing company in the heating and cooling industry.

About the position

You will be an important part of the sales organization at a company that actively works with digital marketing (SEO) and has a strong presence at trade fairs. You will identify and further develop business opportunities across several customer segments: property companies, consulting firms that design for property owners, industries, and installation and contracting companies that recommend the right products to their customers.

You need to be not only communicative – you must also understand how district heating and cooling systems work, see how our solutions fit into the customer's needs, and drive the business from initial identification to closing.

Main responsibilities

Proactive sales and relationship building with property owners, designers, and installers.

Technical dialogues where you explain and propose solutions based on the customer's needs and systems.

Participate in and actively use trade fairs and marketing activities to generate leads.

Collaboration with marketing/SEO teams to convert digital leads into business.

Support and advise installers/contractors to ensure the right product choices are made for the end customer.

Report sales and activities to the sales management and contribute to achieving set goals.

Who are you?

You are a driven salesperson who loves making deals and taking responsibility.

You have technical understanding, preferably from the heating/cooling industry or similar installation/system environment.

You can quickly grasp how heating and cooling systems work and how our products fit in.

You are communicative and relationship-building – but also action-oriented and independent.

You enjoy both fieldwork (customer meetings, installations, designer visits) and office work (quotes, follow-ups).

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
