Camp Ripan is now looking for a dedicated and driven Booking and Reception Manager who, with warmth, structure, and leadership, wants to drive and develop our reception and booking department.
Your responsibilities include:
As the Booking and Reception Manager, you have overall responsibility for leading and developing the daily operations of the reception and booking, with a focus on creating a professional hospitality experience and high service standards. Through a coaching leadership style, you motivate your team, manage staffing, scheduling, and monitor working hours in accordance with applicable laws and agreements. You drive an active work environment initiative and ensure a safe and pleasant workplace for the team.
You also have overall responsibility for our booking system and external collaborations, ensuring that all information is accurately updated and that our packages are attractive and sales-driven. Developing relationships with partners, OTAs, and tour operators is an important part of the role, as well as participating in concept development, marketing efforts, and seasonal evaluations.
Your financial responsibilities include managing the department cost-effectively according to budget, working with upselling, and adjusting resources based on occupancy. You also ensure that purchases are made in line with Camp Ripan's sustainability values and actively contribute to the long-term development of the business.
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience in a leadership position within hotels, reception, or booking is an asset.
A coaching and inclusive leadership style.
Is structured, solution-oriented, and business-driven.
Enjoys working both strategically and operationally.
Has good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and employment will occur when we find the right person for the position.
