We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and wants to put the guest at the center!
As an evening waiter/waitress at Bykrogen, our restaurant at Hotel Lapland in Pajala, you will be part of a close-knit team where quality, professional pride, and joy at work are in focus.
We believe that you:

- Are attentive, responsible, and easy to collaborate with
- Can handle a fast-paced environment and maintain a good mood even under stress
- Have an eye for detail and an understanding of the overall experience in a pleasant restaurant environment
Previous experience is a plus, but we place great importance on personality and willingness to learn.
Your tasks in brief:
You will work with most aspects of the restaurant and hotel industry – primarily serving, taking orders, cash handling, drinks, cleaning, and guest service. The job involves taking care of our restaurant guests and providing service to hotel guests upon arrival and during their stay.
Working hours:
- Mainly evenings and weekends according to schedule
- Possibility for part-time or full-time
We operate two hotel and restaurant businesses in Pajala – Hotell Smedjan and Hotel Lapland, where Bykrogen is a central part.
