We are now looking for a Reception Manager. Here you will have a varied job where you meet guests daily and contribute to developing structure, routines, and guest experience. The role involves operational reception work during the low season and more leadership/coordinating tasks during the high season.

Your tasks include leading and supporting the reception team, planning schedules, implementing routines, being responsible for the introduction of new employees, and compiling weekly reports on occupancy, revenue, and customer feedback. You will also be a backup for invoicing/accounts receivable, ensuring correct pricing and availability in our booking systems, and coordinating conference bookings.

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education or equivalent experience, is digitally savvy, and has an understanding of finance. You are fluent in Swedish and English, and knowledge of Finnish is an advantage.
