We are looking for a structured and action-oriented consultant who can take overall responsibility for the operation of a comprehensive temporary accommodation program in northern Sweden. The assignment includes approximately 3,500 beds distributed across hotels, camps, and apartment accommodations. The role involves close collaboration with hotels, cleaning and transport providers, as well as internal teams to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Daily management of operations and accommodation flows within hotels, camps, and apartments
• Planning and coordinating bookings, occupancy, and guest distribution
• Collaboration with cleaning and service providers to maintain high-quality standards
• Monitoring transport flows and bus transfers between accommodations
• Handling guest issues, complaints, and incident reports
• Approval and follow-up of safety and maintenance reports
• Participation in the establishment of new accommodation units and upgrades of existing ones
• Review and approval of invoices and follow-up of additional work
• Ongoing reporting and compilation of operational and financial data
• Daily contact with external suppliers and internal project groups

Experience and Competence

• Several years of experience in hotel, property, or accommodation operations
• Experience leading operational teams and managing multiple parallel suppliers
• Experience in financial monitoring and invoice management
• Good understanding of safety, maintenance, and service processes
• Very good computer skills, especially in Excel and administrative systems
• Fluent in English, Swedish is an advantage
• Available for on-site work in or near Boden several days a week
