Råvara is a health concept within casual fast food in Norr and Västerbotten. We serve healthy dishes such as poke bowls, salads, and sushi that provide your body with wonderful energy. It is this energy that we are also looking for in our staff. Of course, it’s a plus if you know which side of a knife to hold, but it’s your personality that will get you hired with us :)

With us, you will learn how to make sushi, prep and prepare ingredients, assemble dishes, serve, engage with guests, manage kitchen logistics, and all the other fun aspects of kitchen work and more. The work involves significant fluctuations in pace, and at times it can get very busy if many guests want to enjoy our food. You thrive when there are many balls in the air and see this as a challenge.

You will learn more about the job during your trial shift, which we require all our new employees to undergo before a hiring decision is made. This is the best way to determine if the workplace is right for you, as well as if you are the right person for the workplace.

We are looking for staff for a working degree of 20-50% who can work during the summer, with varying working hours and days. We have a collective agreement with Visita/HRF and adhere to its wages and agreements.
