Laponia Resort is a privately owned company and one of Northern Sweden's largest hotels and conference facilities in the heart of Lapland. We are part of the Pite Havbad Group.
We are now looking for a night receptionist for our summer season.
Are you a night owl, passionate about service, and used to working independently? Then you might be the person we are looking for.
You who are applying are passionate about service and are a cheerful and forward-thinking person. Other qualities we believe you have are that you are stress-resistant and flexible.
Experience with the booking system Visbook is an advantage but not a requirement. You speak fluent Swedish and English.
Job Responsibilities
Guest service, reception check-in and check-out of guests.
Responding to emails and phone calls
Cash handling
Cleaning common areas and facilities
Preparing for conferences
The position is 75% and you work one week, then you are off one week. Working hours are from 22:45 to 07:15.
The position is a summer temporary job.
