Unit Manager for our prestigious bakery

About the role

As our bakery manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our production runs smoothly, the team is happy, and that all our buns, bread, and cakes meet our high-quality standards. You are both a leader and an inspirer, with your finger on the pulse of both production and personnel.

What you will do with us

• Lead and motivate our bakery team (we like happy colleagues!)

• Plan production and ensure that our treats are always available in the right quantities

• Ensure that the quality of our cakes and pastries is top-notch

• Take responsibility for schedules, budgets, and personnel as well as some administrative tasks

• Contribute ideas for new products and improved processes

You are the right person if you

• Have experience in pastry and bakery

• Love bread, buns, and pastries as much as structure and results

• Can create a positive work environment and motivate the team

• Are solution-oriented and not afraid to pitch in when needed
