Job Information

Professionals Nord is seeking a Sous-chef on behalf of Nomad. The assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Nomad for 6 months. The intention is that you may eventually be hired directly by them, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Job Responsibilities
As a Sous-chef at Nomad, you will work in a team where the pace is sometimes high and collaboration is crucial to delivering a first-class dining experience. You will participate in the daily operations of the kitchen and actively contribute to the development of the restaurant's menu and concept.

Examples of job responsibilities:

· Prepare and cook à la carte dishes of high quality

· Participate in the development of new dishes and menus

· Assist in planning and executing events, conferences, and weddings

· Ensure order, hygiene, and quality in the kitchen

We are looking for someone who
We are looking for someone with experience from restaurant kitchens who thrives in a kitchen where pace, quality, and collaboration are central. Relevant education is a plus, but practical experience and the right attitude are highly valued. You should also be flexible and enjoy varying working hours, including evenings and weekends. It is an advantage if you are multilingual, for example, if you speak French.

A B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
