Description

Do you want to help start up and contribute to the development of our new respite care unit?

We are looking for a coordinator who wants to work with both respite care, safety places, and day activities, with the operation planned to start in 2026.

What is respite care, safety place, and day activities?

Respite care is an intervention within elderly care that means a person alternates between living at home and staying at the respite care unit for shorter, planned periods.

Safety place is for when unforeseen events occur, and a person quickly needs care and security that cannot be arranged at home.

Day activities mean that the person lives at home but visits the day activity several days a week for social interaction and activities.

The assignment also includes following up and evaluating the staffing process together with the manager/staffing controller, reviewing staffing needs and the schedule to develop work around planning and scheduling. You will also support employees in scheduling and reporting deviations in the personnel system Personec and plan user interventions in the planning system TES.

In the role, you will also work with short-term recruitment. This means you will work to ensure staffing during absences, match the right competence to the right assignments, and follow up on bookings. You play a central role in maintaining continuity in the operation through close cooperation with both managers and substitutes.

As a person, we see that you are customer-oriented, have a good ability to collaborate, and a professional approach, as one of our tasks is to provide the operation with qualitative staff. The work requires you to be structured and solution-focused, able to prioritize your tasks during peak times and remain calm even in stressful situations.
