Nordicinfu Care is now looking for a Danish and Swedish speaking Technical Support Representative for their headquarters in Alvik, Bromma!

Nordicinfu Care is a Nordic company that provides medical technology equipment, pharmaceuticals, and services. Their goal is to improve the quality of life for patients suffering from chronic diseases by providing innovative home treatment. This is a 6-month consulting assignment via The Place, starting immediately, with the possibility of extension or takeover by the client.

About the role of Technical Support Representative Your primary task as a Technical Support Representative is to support users, healthcare professionals, and partners in the Danish and Swedish markets. You will also assist the sales team with technical support inquiries and be responsible for handling incoming complaints.

You will work with support for advanced equipment and in many different systems, so it is very important that you have good technical knowledge and can easily familiarize yourself with new systems.

Your responsibilities • Support users and partners regarding medical technology equipment • Responsible for the complaint flow • Order management may occur

Your qualifications • Fluent in Danish, both spoken and written • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written • Very good system proficiency

Meritorious: • Experience working in customer service • Previous experience in healthcare or the medtech industry

Scope of the assignment • The position is full-time (100%) with working hours mainly scheduled on weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, but may vary between 7 AM and 10 PM. • You will be based at the office in Alvik, Bromma, with the possibility of hybrid work about 2 days a week in consultation with the company. • This is a 6-month consulting assignment via The Place, with the possibility of extension or takeover by the client.
